steps to building a home in Spain with Casitas:

contracts and necessary paperwork, with Casitas you
can complete and pay for your land before building begins,
giving you added security and peace of mind, the stage
payments also make the whole process even easier.
- The House Design – let our build
team guide and assist you in the design for your dream
home, be assured that we will be on hand at all times
to answer any questions and give advice. We have a selection
of sample model
plans to browse and choose from or to give you ideas
for your own design.
- Choice - Choosing the floor, bathroom
and kitchen tiles and finishes – There is an excellent
selection to suit all tastes.
- You will receive monthly progress reports
with photos, these will be sent to you via email or
post or if you are already in Spain make regular visits
to the site with your Project Manager.
